RAUL MALO’S song “MOON LIGHT KISS” is the new Line Dance Craze.
MOONLIGHT KISS is winning fans from all around the world. With over ten different video’s already posted on YouTube featuring line dancers dancing to “MOON LIGHT KISS”, the craze is gaining momentum from countries (London, Japan, Malaysia, USA.) around the globe. With the song breaking the UK’s TOP 100 airplay charts. MOONLIGHT KISS is becoming a favorite with the fans posting several live performances of Raul Malo singing the song on YouTube as well. The song has even captured the attention of Hollywood getting placed in the Woody Harrelson movie ZOMBIELAND on Sony Pictures.
When Maggie Gallagher choreographed a line dance for the song in 2009, MOONLIGHT KISS caught on quickly and has become a favorite of line dancers all around the world. . The song MOONLIGHT KISS is on Raul’s CD “LUCKY ONE” (Fantasy/Concord Records)
and was co-written by Raul Malo, Jay Weaver and Finest Music’s Alan Miller.
Choreographer Maggie Gallagher started Irish dancing at the age of four and has traveled the world competing. She toured Europe as part of Marion Turley's troupe of dancers, dancing alongside Colin Dunne and Jean Butler (of Riverdance).
Maggie has been involved in many forms of dance throughout her spectacular career including tap, ballet and modern.
She began her love affair with Line Dancing years ago in Coventry England. True to form Maggie has been very successful in this field and is one of the top line-dancing instructors in England.
Maggie travels the world extensively hosting workshops. She was honored to teach in Texas at the World Line Dancing Championships and the Tar Heel Festival.
Subsequent trips across Europe, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia and Australia have confirmed Maggie's firm foothold in Line dance across the globe.
Maggie was honored by Line dancer Magazine readers "Female Line dance Personality of the Year" and has also won several "Crystal Boot" awards.
